"Waited outside knocking, ringing doorbell, and calling for half an hour on the night I arrived. After no response I had to book a separate hotel. They also wouldn’t pick up calls from Expedia so Expedia could not easily give me a refund. There are many lovely hostals nearby for cheaper - do not book here!"
Eu certamente me hospedaria aqui novamente com minha família."
"Friendly staff - 1 struggle w English, other 2 very good. Guess Owner, old lady always there with smile, she can’t speak English.
Free coffee and tea and water at reception through out the day.
Check out 6.30am and simple take away breakfast (sandwich ham w cheese n drinks n snacks) ready."

Rooms are small and noisy, personal has no customer service attitude, prices are really high in their mini market and meals, and only accept card, no cash.
When you go to the cafetería, there are other workers that go too, from mining companies I guess."
Isso me surpreendeu e fiquei receosa ....
