"Great stay ideal location tram at the door."

"The only thing missing was cutlery, we had 1 teaspoon, hard to share, lucky we travel with a BCF travel set. A toaster would be handy, had a microwave but did not end up using it. We were in town for the Canberra Brick show at EPIC center, so was a good location."

"Staff are friendly, shops nearby and clean room"

"Quiet location."

"The property manager did not contact me with the instructions to get access to the apartment. I was left with a 3-night booking, from 23rd - 26th March 2026, that could not be honoured. Then on 30th March I received an email advising the property would not be available on the dates I booked, due to "operational issues". As an unreliable service, I would never recommend this property."

"It’s very convenient as it is located in the heart of the city. Staff are very friendly and welcoming."

"New and clean one bedder unit idealy located close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Could not get a better location. But be warned extensive civil works going on very nearby which will interfer greatly with getting around and google maps directions. These works are not the fault of this accomodation and should not detract from the unit itself, but must be mentioned. These construction works are meant to continue for up to two more years."

"The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience."

"The check in experience was terrible. We had trouble using the fob in the elevator. Even though it was the same fob that got us inside the building. We had misunderstood the actual address of the property - we went to 254, but the actual address was 258. This was exacerbated by the fact that the fob got us in the building. It was assumed that we would arrive by car - which would have brought us to the correct number. However we arrived by foot. The third party that this was outsourced to...

"Convenient but a building site. "

"Lovely place, very central, well kept, nice amenities"

"Beautiful spacious appartment with a lovely balcony and the best view. We walked to Parliment house then the war memorial, we rack up 20,000 steps but really easy walk . Great location shopping centre land restaurant less than 75 m away , but really quiet . The only thing for other guests if you are parking your car - turn in under the appartment block follow the turn circle all the way around , key box on left hand side pick key , then drive turn right towards The Crown immediately opposite on...

"Our experience was a very good one. Great location and everything we needed."

"We were not provided any check in information. After repeated requests with no response we were forced to book alternate accomodation Do not book this property. "

"Beautiful place. couch and bed could be more comfortable."
