"This place was disgusting. Rooms smelled, broken windows, the door on one of the 2 rooms we rented had been kicked in who knows how many times? There was a big gap in the door frame, and the door was in no way secure even with the deadbolt latched. Family members that were with us witnessed several drug deals being made in the parking lot at 6 o’clock in the evening in Broad daylight. This place was so bad we left demanded a refund and then had to scramble to try to find two other rooms at a...

"The property was run down I would of left but they wouldn’t give me a refund the TV didn’t work and know one came to even look at it the bathroom door must have gotten broke and they tried to fix it with a staple gun the door had a gap in it you could see outside the window had a huge break they didn’t have any curtains on the window they had a old dirty roll up shade there wasn’t a beach it was a place they people fishing dig disappointed know housekeeping they had a trash can that was over...

"Excellent location. Close to airport, food, shopping...all within walking distance. Main complaint is the thin walls. I heard every step, cry, conversation, moan, of my neighbors and people in the halls, CLEARLY. I stayed 4 nights and had 3 different people placed in the room next to me..not sure why they kept choosing to use that room. "
