"It was good for the price but rooms are quite narrow. I understand that Italy has small bathrooms but this hotel’s shower was too tiny in my opinion."

"The staff were great! The hotel has half floors which the elevator doesn’t stop at so be prepared to carry heavy suitcases . We had some sickness and had to extend our stay; the same room increased dramatically in price because the hotel was sold out ."

The main issue being the air-conditioning. We reported this immediately and again the staff was very helpful. The repairman was contacted and he came the next day to fix the unit. "Family of four (two teenagers) stayed for 4 nights. Great location two minutes from the Spanish Steps nestled among numerous restaurants (some are of excellent quality), ice cream places, pharmacy, gift shops, with easy access to taxis and Uber. Clean room and towels, professional and kind staff, amazing breakfast with an assortment of fresh filled croissants, yogurts, cold cuts with toast and more. "check-in was fine. the room itself is okay. the toilet never seemed to flush completely. the toilet roll holder also kept falling off. it seems like the hot water runs out after 10 minutes. also my key-card seems to always not work. i have to get front desk to help me re-activate my card, this happened maybe like 5 times in the 3 nights i stayed. the immediate neighborhood is not bad, about 7 minute walk to the train.
