When we stayed, two of the rooms were inaccessible to us because of construction. We didn't know this ahead of time. Also, the key to the outdoor seating and recreation area was not given to us until we were about to leave. Finally, we didn't realize there were no towels. However, the host responded quickly to our request with emergency towels, which we appreciated. Bottom line: ask questions about the details before you book.
