"I’ve never given a poor review before. The day of arrival we were told to access the property with a key left under a specific mat (not a safe practice). When we arrived there was no key under the mat. We were eventually given a code to get in, but told it didn’t work to lockup. We found a key on our own that worked in the back of the unit to lock when leaving. The sliding glass door in the shower was unsafe as it was not attached and swung back and forth into the tub. The shower leaked badly...
