"AC was totally broke, not even a fan. Light under the door was excessive. No coffee maker in room, and not told that it had to be requested."

"The floor of our room was absolutely filthy. It was not swept or mopped. Dog hair all over the floor. I had to wipe the floor and rinsed the rag 4 times and still wouldn't walk on it without shoes. Kinda sad, this place has great potential and a great layout. Mattress is brick hard and new towels are needed. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, so that is a plus. Please get new housekeepers."
