On arrival the hotel staff and checking was very nice, our room was on the fourth floor via the lift and very, very steep stairs to the room. The bathroom was awful totally open to the outside world view with plastic curtain which kept blowing around in the wind, when you were trying to take a shower. "We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"Mango House is a great place to stay within the Fort at Galle. Property is at a premium in this area so the room was smaller and more expensive than others on our holiday in Sri Lanka. That said, it was still nice and the breakfast was a treat. Great location for exploring as you can walk anywhere you need to with the Fort."

"Vet inte riktigt hur jag ska placera det här hotellet. Det är nytt och fortfarande relativt fräscht. Det känns som ambitionen finns där för vad det är, men man når inte riktigt dit. Det känns som att det fattas något för att få en mer personlig touch och för att man ska trivas fullt ut. Frukostbuffén är okej, men inte mer än så. Gott om färsk frukt dock, vilket är en stor bonus. Har maj inte specifika frukostbehov, så hittar man förmodligen något som man vill äta. Det som hotellet vinner...
