"Do not stay here. It’s in a slum. I didn’t end up staying. I got up and left. I ran to the nearest top dollar hotel I could find with a room. Your safety is not worth the cost of saving money. "

"We arrived at this place 30mins early and waited around to receive the door code, which we never got. The property manager/owner never responded to us at all. There was another group of people staying inside who booked it on a different app. I booked this property months before our stay. We then scrambled to find another place to stay before our event that we came to Miami for. Terrible experience. Poor management and bad communication "
