"I am writing this on behalf of my daughter-in-law to whom I gave this weekend as a birthday present. She and her family loved it from start to finish. The unique environment, the nearness of the lovely town of Lincoln and the helpful staff at the yurt site made for a perfect break."

"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
