"Perfecto"

"I stayed here back in April 2026 and completely forgot to leave a review! Everyone was super nice, including the staff. Annett was really helpful! Everything is pretty much self service, from check in to checkout, and it's really easy to figure out. I also felt very safe during my stay, and each capsule has its own lock, which I really liked. The hotel has: - Free Wi-Fi - Showers - Bathrooms (shampoo, body wash, towels, and blow dryer) - A small gym (one small safety note: both the women's and...

"Clean room, didn’t see any of the staff it was self check in and self check out, we were there only for a night though."

"Posizione buona camera piccola ma abbastanza pulita il bagno è piccolissimo e quando fai la doccia si allaga ma per una notte va bene"

"This hotel has a shared toilet and shower rooms per floor that’s the reason I scored them 3 stars. My room had a sink inside the room and a bed. Pillows were too soft for me but we stayed for 2 days no big deal. Walking distance of the sightseeing attractions and public transportation. Check in/out via email, they open at 9 am not 7 a.m you have to ring the bell. Reception is on the 2nd floor. If you are high maintenance tourist this is no for you."

"Super bien localisé! Hôtel de classe"

"Good service, the staff is very friendly and the information is clear"

"Not enjoy"

"Had an amazing stay! Everyone was super nice and amenities were clean and stocked! In a very great area! Everything was walking distance truly an amazing spot!"

"The room and the kitchen were clean, bathroom was also nice"

"I had a single room it was perfect for me. I also like the balcony view. The toilet and showers are shared."

"Room was clean, bed firm and bathroom clean and small. Very tiny sink. Locations nice and close to the train station. About a 10 minute walk. Everything's walkable. They send you the entry code prior, make sure you have Wi-Fi or data. Doors are electronic. Bonus is the room has a fridge and kettle. Staff was helpful, would stay here again."

"We loved this place! It was clean, simple and really perfect for a stay in Lucerne. Breakfast was great and dinner option (extra) was really good! Common areas were excellent and comfortable. Was not too crowded in early October. We had a private room with private bathroom and the beds/pillows were amazing. Probably some of the best beds we had on a 2-week European trip. The room did not have a/c so in the summer, that might not be comfortable. We had a table lamp in our room but no outlets...
