"I would avoid this place at all cost, in fact we ended up leaving without a refund for the second night. It was so so so outdated that you start to question about air quality. The carpets are probably from 1980s and there is planet of holes on the curtain. We were all coughing a lot there (which triggered our leave). The staff were quite reasonable (at least they did not charge me for 2nd night parking) but I will never suggest this place to anyone!"

"The hotel was generally nice, seemed like it was recently renovated in some areas, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The Queen bed room was a good size but it lacked some storage and surfaces to spread out your things as you take them out of your luggage. Same in the washroom, more surfaces or hangers would be great.
Usually hotels will have water in the mini fridge and provide glasses but not here.
The breakfast was really underwhelming though, I think that’s my biggest downside of this...

"We were disappointed in our stay at Newstar. The shower didn't work properly (either scalding or freezing water) and the drain stoppers were missing on both the tub and the sink. The mini-fridge in the room was barely cool (slightly below room temperature) and the room floor needed repair. The bed was comfortable (good mattress and plenty of pillows) and there was adequate parking. There was no closet, only 4 hooks and 3 drawers. There was an iron, but no ironing board. "Très bel accueil chaleureux avec Titziana! WoW !
Hôtels situé près des stations de métro, du Carrefour Laval, des restaurants. Les chambres sont propres mais besoin de quelques rénovations. Le petit-déjeuner inclus, très basique mais fait l’affaire.
Bref,excellent rapport qualité-prix ! "

"Nous sommes répartis immédiatement apres avoir vous les saletés dans la chambre. Cheveux et poils dans le bain et dans les lits. Les coins de plancher avec beaucoup de poussière. Chambre en décrépitude.
On ne devrait pas pouvoir louer ce genre de chambre. On n'a pas été remboursé. "
