"This place was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the room was our biggest issue. We only had one towel upon arrival. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . I don’t have very long legs and the toilet was below my knees! The pool area was nice but poorly lit in the evening. It closes at 9pm which seems a bit early being that it’s indoors. This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.).
