"Rm 122 smelled of dog and pee. Bed was old and springs were felt while lying down. The desk clerk did change our room to 229. Rooms need updating and new mattresses needed. To me everything needs attention. No pool use. Building on the outside not well maintained. Parking lot has holes and drains have sunk in making leaving parking lot an obstacle course. We will not stay again. Compared to the Quality Inn in Whitehouse Tennessee, Ohio is a dump."

"There was a minor equipment problem in the handicap room where of the two shades one did not work There was a major problem with noise in the room. The room is on the second floor and apparently the pool must’ve been just below. There were children yelling and screaming continuously for many minutes right at bedtime after 8 o’clock. I called the front desk and was told that the pool would close at 10 that they couldn’t really do something about the noise but also if I would like to move to a...

"It did the job. It made due for what we needed. The room set up was strange. We actually had to shift the bed by the door over to have more walking space into the room. The bathroom door didn't stay shut. But the room was clean and comfortable."
