"Breakfast was great! Lots of variety. Decent room for NYC. I have to say that the place was under construction when were were there in July 2026. Lots of lobby work going on. It was nice that they held luggage before and after check in. I found that they were very strict with check in time. Don't even try for 15 mins early. The elevators were a nightmare because people didn't understand how to use them. We have experience similar elevators in the past so we were prepared. However, most...

"Good experience"

"Super Lage! Sehr nah zu 3 Subway Stationen. Einkaufs- und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mega Blick aus dem Zimmer im 15. Stock. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und hellhörig. Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft sehr dreckig mit Resten vom Vormieter! Aber es lag ein Putzlappen im Zimmer, sollte ich das Zimmer selber bei Ankunft reinigen??? Der Lappen lag auch nach einer Woche noch! Das ist sehr schade. Gesaugt wurde 1x in unseren 7 Tagen. Der Aufzug hat geklebt und war schmierig und...

"Great breakfast! Rooms were decent and very friendly staff!"

"This hotel fit our exact needs for the weekend. Unfortunately the price for the weekend I stayed was astronomical compared to other typical weekends and not really sure why. The staff at the front desk was fine but not overly friendly. The main areas of the hotel itself were maintained and clean. In my room the mirror light did not work, the handle on the door was not stable and the shower itself made some strange noises. We were only there for one night so not too concerning. But there front...

"Clean room, ac works well"

"Found a bug on the boxspring of the bed. Alerted the desk attendant and she switched us to a different room. The second room was better. It had a metal platform instead of a boxspring. The room smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. Okay for one night. The price was low compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good."

"Though it was a brief stay but the staff were really awesome. Everywhere was clean and the breakfast was not bad at all. We did not sit to eat, we just grabbed some but it was really clean and well organized."
