There was no microwave in the room, and the mini refrigerator was dirty, requiring us to clean it ourselves with disinfectant wipes before use. The carpet was completely soaked and had a strong odor of mold and dog. The mattresses were worn, lumpy, and sagging, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. "Room was in terrible condition. Door frame was splintered, had screws holding it together and had NO interior lock! Damage to sheetrock next to the door had been mudded but not sanded or painted. There was a power strip pugged into an outlet in the floor. Refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it. Toliet seat was cracked and pinch me!!! Bathroom ceiling fan was dirty and the light fixture contained hundreds of dead bugs!! Also a 6” hole in the bathroom ceiling had a bare lightbulb...

"The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food"

"Front desk doesn’t know how to greet first timers, she accused me of not paying for the added 3rd day. It’s embarrassing when people are around in the office. She reached out to Expedia and found out I did pay. She was very welcoming to repeated customers. We had 2 queen beds. The bed frames were flimsy. The bed does slide around. It’s very outdated the patio furniture was super rusty. You can’t sit on the patio furniture or you’ll have rust stains on your clothes, towels, or bathing suit."

"Nightmare. Once I checked in and found the place. No directions. She emailed me stating that Expedia didn’t charge enough and she is going to have to charge an additional $800. Which she did. I asked for a receipt of charges and as of today, she still has refused. The room was not as advertised. Single beds all around. Only a window AC in living room, mold in shower tub and in toilet. No soap or toiletries provided. Lights work in some rooms. TVs didn’t work. Floor was sticky in living room....

"My husband and I were there for a couple days for our anniversary. What a wonderful little resort! The cabins were nice and clean, the Silo Bar was a lot of fun and the lounge was great with fantastic pizza. The everyone was so nice. It is right on the water along with a pool. Definitely would recommend and we are looking to stay there again."
