"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boccaccio in Florence. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent for exploring the city, and overall we were very happy with our experience. The only challenge was arriving by car. The hotel does not have on-site parking, and there is not really a designated area to temporarily stop and unload luggage. As a result, we had to park first and then walk our luggage...

"We greatly enjoyed our stay here!! The room was large, bright and happy. There was a lovely roof top patio with a peek a boo of the channel and a perfect little breakfast room that included eggs and bacon (and much more) which are options more difficult to find while you're out and about than you'd think. The staff was smiley and welcoming, and gently comical to make you so happy to have arrived. The only unfavorable comment I could mention would be that the doors would slam shut and was quite...

"Amazing staff! Super kind and helpful. Only issue was the elevator didn’t work and they were on the top floor. Other than that, they had a beautiful view in the room and on the rooftop. They offered free drinks for the inconveniences but staff was very nice and that made us okay to stay even though we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs."

Nos ofrecieron un desayuno (buffet) variado y solo era pan, croissant, jamón y queso ( no opciones de proteína como huevo o más saludable como fruta) y precio 14€. "The hotel staff here were so helpful. They went over what not to miss in Florence which takes extra time, so we highly appreciated this. We discovered that our apartment was inside of an ancient coliseum. So much history! They greeted us with a cold drink and it was so refreshing on a very hot day. In the morning, they had coffees and pastries available which was unexpected. Thank you so much! A wonderful stay!"
