"It was not disability friendly. I was told that I could not take a rented mobility scooter back there. There was a language barrier as not many of the staff spoke English. Hotel was incorrectly publicised as a bar and restaurant with full continental breakfast. When in fact there was no bar, no full breakfast just cereals and scrambled or boiled eggs on toast. No restaurant, the room was only used for breakfast. Will never go back there again!"

"Wonderful owners, fantastic complementary full English breakfast, very clean in historic building right in the middle of all the food and shops in Llandudno. Short walk to the pier and the Great Orme tram. They even allowed us to check in a couple hours early! Will definitely be staying again next time I visit Llandudno from the states!"
