"The front desk staff were all a,aging as well as the kitchen staff. The owner Roan was a very pleasant man and enjoyed conversations with him. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. Plenty of chilled water machines on site, the aircon worked very well in the room, the pool was good but needed some daily cleaning of leaves and bugs in the water; I am sure that is a never ending struggle. The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful...

"This place was a nice respite for our American mission team of 8 people. A few of our rooms had problems with the bathroom facilities but the maintenance manager was quick to try to fix the issues. One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order. The staff was pleasant and kind. And the A/C in each room was a life saver as well as having a nice warm shower in the...

10/10 Excellent

Extremely beautiful property! It had a very creative, fun, whimsy feel that was great for people of all ages! The hotel featured four pools. My kids love swimming in the kid pool and going down the kids slide! There were also many beautiful paths in gardens to walk-through and the property had a great view of the mountain! The staff was extremely nice and helpful! It was a very relaxed vibe. The room was clean but very basic and the bathroom was very basic as well with just the absolute...
