"El personal brindo un buen servicio, el administrador nunca estuvo disponible, pero si fue muy bueno cobrando, el servicio de limpieza si fue muy malo, no existo el cambio de toallas.
No lo recomiendo."
"Unique interactive opportunities with lots of tours and things to do offered via the property. Very safe with a locked gate to get into the property. Naturally a bit loud due to parties and location in town. Gorgeous historic building but well maintained. Slightly dusty/dirty with some sand in our room and bed, but nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. Recommend bringing your own drinking water as the carafe provided to us was moldy. Staff was very polite, helpful, and patient with our limited...
"Great Room, Staff was amazing, and location was walkable to both Barranco and Miraflores, as well as lots of restaurants and the boardwalk!
We arrived several hours before the checkin time, thinking we would just drop off our bags, but they let us check in early. Very appreciated!"
"Pretty quiet area and close to points of interest. Walking distance to Kennedy park (where feral cats roam) and the Chocolate Museum, grocery stores an Punto Azul :)
Room was stuffy at first but after a few hours, it was bearable."
"This place has potential but with really bad administration. No one to communicate with, hard to find., no one to welcome you to explain, took them a day to give me the password.
The place is so clean and tidy, yet you cant find basic stuff like pans( all they have are scratched teflon ones), no forks, no shampoo.
I dont recommend this place in these conditions"
"Our room was lovely and a chill hostel (maybe because of low season?). In a great location - easy to get everywhere. Would recommend doing the surfing! Price was a bit high for Peru."
"I’m not sure why Expedia has this property listed on their website as it is an unsafe district rated one of the most dangerous places in the world even the police cannot access any of this area due to extreme violence and gun use with drug trade I would not recommend this property to anyone and I think that it should be removed from their site immediately."
"Terrible experience. Arrived late flight, First room smelled like mold and could not breath. The bed had hair in it, the bathroom was disgusting, dirty room and towels. Went to front desk for another room could not sleep in that filth. Second room was a tad bit better but not acceptable either. The breakfast was a piece of bread and coffee. The customer service attention was horrible. I canceled remainder of stay at another hotel that was great highly recommend Casa San Martin instead. The front...
"Nice place across from a family park. Everything was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Martin was also very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I had a nice stay and would definitely recommend this place!."
