"Nice location and great room size. Nice lounge with a good dj and outside atmosphere. But breakfast was botched. The catering staff was totally unprepared for something they do every day or busy weekend. We had to wait an hour for breakfast items to be replaced. Once the food was brought out, out of the 4 staffers in the room only one was allowed to serve the buffet. After the guests yelled at them to assist the server, then another staffer joined to serve.

"Keblat hotel Suites is fraud, the contact no and address provided is fake and fraud. Hotel .com knows but use the platform to fraud people and will refuse a refund at the dispute period even when all evident proof it. The real hotel is Keblat hotel and suite which not on the platform. So beware it is all fraud. the address is the another State from Lugbe Abuja."
