Easy to unlock the airconditioner hold the up/down for 3-5 seconds. Power went out once. Micro sized shower. No plumbing problems. A place to sleep, close to termini and shopping, touring, and tons of food options. We felt safe. Things were clean. I would use this hotel again."

"Booked it here and when we arrived at 2am they made us walk to their "sister" property 2 blocks away on a pitch black streets with 5 suitcases and gave us a room right next to the metal gate that everyone else was using to enter the grounds. EVERY SINGLE TIME anyone open and slammed that metal gate shut it rang like a bell thus making it a sleepless night for all 3 of us. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!
