"Was in a hurry to book and didn’t check everything. We also were not informed about breakfast.
The room was super dusty I had to go to the clinic to get medicine for my allergies. The sheets looked fresh though.
The towel rack was hanging loose in the bathroom (broken).
Was hard to communicate."

"객실에 금연 표시가 되어있었으나 침대 옆 사이드테이블에 담뱃재가 청소되지 않은채로 있었고 냉장고 위에는 다른 사람이 먹고 버린 포장 통이 그대로 남아있었습니다.
