"Hotel Isabell is in the perfect central location, walking distance from all of old town Toledo’s attractions, with the Toledo cathedral, the most awe inspiring Gothic cathedral you’ll ever see. The hotel it itself was in a historic building, and the courtyard was lovely, the room large, and best of all the beds were the most comfortable we had on our two week trip around Spain. The room was dark and quiet and comfortable, and we loved it! We did need to ask for a kettle from the front desk to have morning coffee because we’re early risers and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Caution! Driving to the hotel on the narrow cobblestone streets with brick buildings on both sides with very little clearance is required. "

"Excellent staff attention, very courteous and friendly. Clean room, well decorated, very modern and big size. Much better than a typical European small room. We were pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent choice. The staff is at another location but it really doesn’t matter. "
