"The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens. If you leave it...

"This was an excellent boutique hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, the best we have had in Uzbekistan. All staff were friendly and professional, answered any queries and always checked that everything was ok. It's position to the old town was a 3 minute walk away but was always quiet at night. The roof top terrace had wonderful views, especially at sunset with the minarets and roof lines Infront of it. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel."
