"Very pleased with this property. Easy walking distance to local bus station, open air market, and the shop-lined pathways following the caldera. I was treated to a warm welcome with complimentary bag storage and coffee/tea upon arrival and departure. Room was recently renovated with specular results. Very nice interior finishes with a spacious bathroom. The superior room also included a generously sized glass-enclosed deck with partial ocean view. It was amazingly quiet given its central...
"The location was perfect for the sunset
No internet network in the room
Breakfast was fine , the same things every morning!
The lady at the reception was not very friendly"
"Beautiful sunrise views.
Pretty pool & hot tub.
5 minute walk to bus stop & town center.
Of the places I stayed in Athens & Crete, this was my favorite place!"
"Der var daglig butik lige over vej ved hotel, morgenmad kunne man finde i gå distance fra hotel. Personalet var imødekommende og behjælpeligt med taxa og oplevelser. Bestemt en hotel man gerne ville besøge igen"
"By far the best hotel I have stayed at abroad. We honestly did not have big expectations because we were budgeting our trip by staying on a cheaper side of the island, but the location was perfect.
Beach is steps away across the street from the hotel. The property itself is well-maintained and clean. The staff were incredible, they answered every question we had during our stay and were incredibly helpful. Some of the nicest people we came to know during our stay. We went at a quiet time of...
"Very different from the pictures, it’s not a nice place to stay. Room was not clean, staff was not helpful at all, except for one person named Estela. No amenities in the room, towel (there was only one in the room) was worn out, reception is not 24 hours, no room service.
If you ask for a drink at the pool bar, they ask you to pay right away instead of paying everything on checkout.
I paid for 3 nights, decided to leave on the first night; better losing money than staying there for 3...
"Hotel molto carino la camera moderna peccato per il bagno un po' datato la doccia con la tenda e non molto pulito ... colazione buona e varia personale molto gentile... posizione ottima vicino alla fermata dei bus e vicino a fira con molti negozi nei dintorni.nel complesso buono sicuramente consigliato"
"Ble ikke hentet som avtalt på kaia. dårlig tilgjengelighet på folk i resepsjonen. Daglig leder behandler arbeiderne sine litt dårlig. Lite utstyr på rommene f.eks vannkoker, hårføner etc"
"My stay with Nicki and Lisa was fantastic. The couple are amazing hosts who will go above and beyond for their guests! Everyone at the hotel is extremely nice and feels like a little family or home away from home. Nicki and Lisa take the time to welcome you and give you a map and local recommendations if you’re interested. Additionally, the location of the hotel is great. It’s quiet and relaxing at their place, but is only 10-15 minute to the nearest beach and local restaurants. As a young...
