"When we arrived the reception staff were lovely but we were let down to find the room we had been given was not clean at all and very dated. Stains on the carpet, Tobacco scattered on side table, floor looked like it wasn’t hoovered efficiently and curtains needed a good wash and dusting then when you opened them they had spider webs and dead flies down the side. We stayed for 1 night and had paid for breakfast we were informed breakfast was 7-10am as we came down to check out at 9:20am and...

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Never heard any noise from the bar downstairs. Breakfast was cooked to order so fresh and hot. All staff very friendly nothing was a problem for them. Bar patrons were friendly and welcoming"
