"Wir hatten zwei Nächte im Revolver gebucht. Bei Anreise (immerhin nach 16 Uhr) war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten erstmal darauf hinweisen. Der Kollege an der Rezeption/ Bar hat sich gleich gekümmert (er kann sicher am wenigsten dafür) und auf Nachfrage haben wir zumindest mal ein Freigetränk für die Wartezeit bekommen.
