I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. The reception is nicely remodeled. The floor was old and dirty. The bathroom was clean enough. There was no hot water. We felt safe. The area around the hotel is safe day and night. There are many old stores to explore. There are a few new shopping malls to cool off in. "
