"Great location, in the center of restaurants, and landmarks. The town is walkable and it’s a great location to wind down. The facility and staff were great. Highly recommended."
"The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area.
The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received.
Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!).

"Great location, perfect for visiting all the sites in Pula. The rooms were very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good, there was plenty of choice and eggs were freshly cooked for you. I would happily recommend Arena Prestige Rooms to family and friends."
"We enjoyed a lovely three-night stay at Hotel Squero. It was within walking distance to the old town of Rovinj in one direction and a few great swimming spots in the other direction. The staff were very friendly and welcoming (It is a family-run business), and a varied and generous breakfast was another positive aspect to the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking a quiet garden. While parking may not be right next to the hotel, one of the owners was always ready...
"Ett mycket bra boende, överträffade våra förväntningar. Mitt i centrum, med tillgång till ett flertal restauranger. Bara några minuter till flera trevliga stränder. Lägenheten var välutrustade, vi saknade inget. Alla kontakter med hyresvärden var smidiga."
"This is a great hotel with amazing food and staff.
Rooms are extremely spacious with big balconies and stunning view.
Helen is a fantastic manager accommodating to our needs and providing excellent
service.
Highly recommended!"
"The apartment is really cute and traditional with gorgeous views in an ideal location. It is 70 steps up to the room with no elevator though so not for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. We found the bed ok but a bit uncomfortable in spots as it is a thinner mattress on a spring base. The shower is tight for a larger person but the water is hot as long as you don’t turn the hot water heater switch off. The parking is free but is quite a walk from the apartment. Staff will pick you and your...
"Härligt med balkong mot havet, lite träd i vägen, men de gav samtidigt skugga från solen vilket var bra. Fina klippor och badmöjligheter bara några meter ifrån. Byggnader som hörde till resorten var lite slitna och drar ner helhetsintrycket."
"The rooms are clean and the host is friendly but its lacking air conditioner and even mosquito net. Honestly its bare minimum to expect in 2025 at the summer rates.. i had to purchase my own fan since the host couldnt manage to bring one
Otherwise he was very friendly and nice. "
"Man hatte sofort ein familiäres Gefühl durch die Gastgeberin. Die Appartmentanlage ist zudem super kinderfreundlich, da auch der Außenbereich komplett eingezäunt ist. "
"The apartment was clean, tidy and well furnished with all 'mod cons'. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided.
The location was about five minutes walk from the beach, centre of town (with all the restaurants etc.) and a local supermarket. very well placed all round."
