"We had no proper access to the building as when collected the keys from the key safe, once we were in the apartment block we found there were swipe acess key fobs required to access the building & the floor on which the apartment was. We had to get residents and security to get us in building and then the floor. Due to the swipe key fob missing after the previous guests had checked out. We raised this with the host but it wasnt resolved hence security guard having to allow us accessAnd poor...

"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "
