"Nice"

"Amazing hotel ever! First, the price is absolutely reasonable with this neat, modern designed and spacious room. The check in process is user friendly and smooth so far. You can park your car just next to your room entrance. There is a 7-11 and big Daiso 100 yen store just nearby."

"ホテルは普通でしたが、駐車場が狭かったのが気になりました"

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

"Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Restaurants at walking distance."

"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."

"スタッフの方の対応が凄く良かったです。施設的には古く大満足ではありませんでしたが　このお値段なら満足です。とにかく女性スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で本当に良かったです"

"Great stay although its hard if you dont have a car, as everything is 20min+ walking distance away"

"無料で冷凍軽食がついていてよかった"

"喫煙室を利用しました。 2人で宿泊しました。 ツインのお部屋だと思っていたら、まさかなダブルベット、喫煙室にツインのお部屋を用意して頂きたい"

"隣にラーメン屋さんや、直ぐそばに牛丼屋さんと食べ物屋さんが有り、少し車で移動するとスーパー等色々ありとても便利なホテルでした。"

"Good welcome meal and breakfast"

"좋았습니다. 근데 좀 작아요"

"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. Nothing in regards to dining or shops in the area which was okay as we were just passing through for the night. We were only given one pillow between the two of us and when we requested for a second we were told that we had to pay? I found this ridiculous as they were happy to give us two towels and I booked for two people but apparently they...

"Love it"

"Very clean and helpful staff. Accommodations were fine for the price we paid. Nothing extravagant but perfect for our stay in Japan."

"朝食付きでしたが、 月曜日と、いうことも、ありなのか、 料理が、少ない。 もう少し、あると良かったと思う。 部屋の窓からの、風景も、 写真と、違った。 以前より、泊まりたかったホテルだったが、 残念です。"

"The room is large and comfy to accommodate 2 people. It comes with all amenities you need. This is a franchise that is operated by an old couple. They are very friendly and helpful on suggesting the surrounding to me. They are very knowledgeable about the city. It provides all amenities you need with free tea and breakfast which is not mentioned in the booking details (surprise!) The building is new and well maintained. The shower is strong enough with all up-to-date facilities. The only...

"Staff was great! We needed to arrange an early morning taxi, and they were very helpful"

"The staff was really nice and it was a very unique place to stay at, highly recommended 👍"
