"We arrived to find our key and assigned POD ready. The experience was as described in the listing. These units have electricity and space heaters were provided.
The walk from the parking location to the pod was very reasonable.
If I were looking for a possible improvement, with breakfast not being a reasonable option, maybe include a bottle of Wine/Champagne with the pod.
Definitely would recommend for couple and single travelers!!!"
"Guesthouse room was ok, shared bathroom was good. Location was in a small town in the middle of nowhere, Kind of like the place for truck stops. Breakfast was included but we were leaving before it was available in the morning so the host brought it to us the night before (nice!). Check-in was a bit challenging as Reception was not manned. You have to go to adjacent restaurant and ask to be checked in. The instructions tells you to contact them beforehand but the phone is never answered....
"Everyone was very welcoming and took the time to tour us around to familiarize the facility
The food in the restaurant was awesome I had the arctic char and my husband had the lamb screwers and everything was awesome
Thank you"
"I had a really great stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and professional, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travel. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the quality of the service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Confortable mais vieillot, August, le propriétaire est très sympathique. Plaisant de discuter avec lui au petit-déjeuner.
L'accès au chalet est dangereux, sentier mal entretenu.
Je recommande quand même cet hébergement."
"The kitchen is quite small with limited counter space, so it may feel a little cramped if you plan to cook. The microwave also needs to be taken out of a cabinet to use, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything was very clean, and we really enjoyed the beautiful views through the large windows. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay."
"The couple running it were so welcoming. They had great stories and recommendations. The place is very clean, idealic Icelandic countryside right by several waterfalls. It is also central enough that whether you are going west or east, you are perfectly located."
"All around, we were unbelievably impressed with this stay. After spending a night in an extremely small hotel in Reykjavik, we were worried about what was to come. This Guesthouse completely changed our trip, and we purposely changed plans to be able to spend more time there. It was clean, very cozy, spacious, and had everything we could need in the kitchenette. Service was exceptional, and all around, the cabin was an excellent stay in all ways. I would highly recommend these guesthouses and...
"Beautifully appointed property and a really comfortable stay! There is a lovely atrium area that is great for lounging. Wish we could have stayed longer!"
"Modern, clean, compact yet efficiently laid out private apartment. 10 minutes from the town center. Very comfortable beds. Unstaffed facility and no response to Messaging through the Expedia app, so we were unable to get extra pillows or towels. Otherwise a great base for our family of four."
"Great stay... thankyou. Cabins were super cute with all you would need!! Watched the northern lights from the hot tub with a glass of wine!!! Amazing... would definitely recommend "
