30 am, unfortunately not possible, kitchen opens at 8 am. Next day sat on their
terrace overlooking the Markt at 8.30 but after 15 minutes no staff had come to take my order. Another person who had had her coffee was waiting to pay and still waiting when I gave up waiting and had coffee elsewhere."

"The sheets were clean, and the hotel location is excellent.
However the hotel is unstaffed but it is not set up for self check in.i had to notice someone remotely typing on the computer behind the reception desk to get any idea of how to get in. They could have messaged but didn’t bother. I notice other reviews have said similar.
The carpets are dirty and the rooms obviously haven’t been refurbished for decades.

"Really nice place to stay, especially handy for us as it was just a 30/40 minute drive to spa circuit. Host was very friendly and breakfast set us up for the day with lovely fresh croissants."
