"Staff was rude and nasty"

"Neat and clean. Exterior a bit tired. Breakfast - average"

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly during our one night stay. The room was clean but dated. The bathroom door did not stay closed. When we returned in the evening to go to bed, there were two stink bugs on the ceiling and wall. In the morning, my fiancé woke up to a spider crawling on him. It was nice enough for one night but we were ready to check out. Extremely overpriced (over $500) for what we got."

"Rooms large & clean, parking included, continental breakfast had large assortment, everyone very friendly."

"Breakfast: Limited food options especially for families with kids. The Room: was clean but it had some bad smell at first, probably from the carpet. Parking: enough spaces for cars. Staff: very nice and helpful."

"Good"

"All good. Better then expected. All other hotels where book or $400 a nite"

"Room was cozy. Liked being able to see the lake and hear the train behind our room. Would love to stay in the cottages. Prices for main season are pricey."

"Everything was great except the king bed. It was very firm not the most comfortable."
