"Well maintained, recently redecorated, nice staff, small rooms."

"The property had bugs in the rooms, holes in the sheets, no a/c anywhere but in rooms, scarce breakfast options and no working amenities like the pool, bar or anything in the lobby area. Appliances in rooms are old, the hotel smells like mold/wet air. The front desk was very kind and patient with upset customers and working to do everything they could to accommodate guests. I felt bad for them having to deal with that kind of situation over and over again with upset guests."
