"Room was clean & heated upon arrival. Bed is comfy. Desk to work at & available Wifi. Room cleaning service came everyday. All the staff was friendly & helpful. Parking was always available. The ac heats the room quickly."

"99.9% sure they tried to skim one of my cards when they took the deposit. I made two purchases on the trip with that specific card before it got locked, at a reputable fashion store and this hotel. Good thing my bank is quick on suspicious transactions."

I mean how? I've never paid a deposit at any hotel except this, and the fact that they don't send your money back is crazy "
