"Much more in terms of activity and amenities than I expected. Our plan was hiking and local dining so we didn’t do much on the resort. Never figured out where the laundry was but I wish it was in the room"

"Rooms are quite. Showers are excellent. Beds are firm and comfortable. No Hbo, boo hoo..."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly."

"Clean, quite and comfortable stay. Hotel felt new. Staff was helpful and accommodating - got us in to our room early for check-in. No complaints!"

"I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. I chose the hotel because it offered what looked to be an accessible room. I am very unhappy that I did not get the room I booked."

"This is going to be a very condensed review of what I had wanted to say because I’m limited to 1500 characters. I did reach out to management about the issues, no response even though they promised they would first of all you have to request your utensils and stuff when you get to the room and then I went down and picked up two containers of plates and cups and things like that not a big deal but why don’t you just put it in the room second the floors were filthy sticky and grimy third the air...

"The building was older then the pictures I looked at when I book it .you need too uptake your pictures"

"Clean"

"Fue una estancia corta y tranquila, lo único malo fue que las toallas estaban manchadas"

"Comfortable room, nice and quiet. A bit awkward to get to the hotel but once you’ve done it once you know how to get there. Breakfast was good."

"Hotel bed was so uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and the fridge and ac units are extremely loud and kept waking us up multiple times during the night. The staff is awesome!!! Front desk Rep was an absolute gem but the stay was aweful as we could not get any rest. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and unfortunately, this will be our last."

"Clean room"

"The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us."
