"I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund.
