"The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very helpful that this small hotel had an elevator. The hotel maintained good security by keeping doors locked all the time after a guest leaves the front entrance door. There’s also a security door with locks between the main dining area and the reception area. The area is pretty quiet. There’s a nearby self-operated wash & dry cleaner shop, The nearby area does not have many restaurants but since the city is walkable, one can...
"I am happy. I was there in this hotel for the second time. I had what I expected. Single room with shower. Nothing special but for this price. OK. Shower is really small, but I am not a big guy. So I do not recommend this hotel for bigger size people... :-) Room is simple but clean. Cleaning service is every day and I even asked the cleaning lady that they do not need to clean it every day. I was not in the hotel anyway. I just slept there. I did not go for holiday to spend my time in the...
"If you are used to staying in a newer, American hotel, this may be quite an adjustment for you. For a small boutique neighborhood, European Hotel it is quite charming. The owners are delightful and cannot do enough for you. That being said:MR Hotel, is not as bight and shining as her photos show. The hotel hasn’t had much upkeep to keep her looking like she used to.
The beds are very very firm; to firm for my friends. And this is the other unfortunate part the bedding and the pillows smell...
"Bien situé dommage que le parking soit plein à cette saison et l’équipement de la maison est un peu vieux
Pour le reste rien à redire superbe séjour et j’y reviendrais volontiers"
"This property has everything for a short stay, elevator is very helpful for carrying luggage.
however the bed room is useless since there is no AC in the room . In the hot summer day the ceiling fan is not enough and we ended up to sleep on the couch in living room.
Apart from this every thing is law was great."
"Everything was very good but the staff need some training they need to smile and appreciate the customer more. Also I asked them to call me a taxi only to be waiting 25 minutes and no taxi came I think the lady did not even phone the taxi for me. Also I want to mention the guy working in the bar near the swimming pool was super kind and smiles that how it should be done thank you gentleman."
"All was ok besides but the wasn’t aware this was residential apartments . Trying to find reception for the property to get keys was hard and delayed us getting in there . Also still waiting for deposit which it should of been put on while still here as back home 4 days now"
"Great amenities, clean, very helpfull staff, extremely convenient to access to entertainment villages. Especially very convenient for families with small children."
"El buffet es fantástico, la ubicación muy buena, en general es un complejo de hoteles que merece la pena visitar, el personal de recepción podría ser un poco más amable."
