Just be prepared that it is right along the road and is noisy late into the night and from early in the morning. This does make it convenient for local food and drink options.
They provide ear plugs in the room and the sound proofing is fairly effective.

Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different."
"A fun and unique place to stay, with incredible ocean views! As other reviewers mentioned, there are a lot of stairs/difficult walkways to navigate, so this is not accessible for everyone. However, if you are capable of making the journey, it is well worth it, for a hotel unlike any I've experienced before. "What a wonderful place by the sea. Our room had its own veranda with sea view. We loved the sun rise… Maria and her staff are very friendly and helpful. She helped us with a snorkelling trip. We also rent scooters and had a pickup by car. Nice breakfast and you can order a delicious evening meal at home. In short: highly recommended and we would love to come back! "
"In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. Taxi driver from the airport became my driver the entire time there so it worked out! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ( Bajo Banana) had some amazing sunsets and good food.
