"The receptionist attitude was bad! We have arrived at ~1:00 PM and try to check-in. The receptionist said, 'Your room is not ready, check-in at 5:00 pm." (Really?)
We asked if we could leave luggage at the lobby or somewhere. They said 'No'.
We asked that where I could put the luggage, 'in your car.', replied.
What? do you believe this?
The room had mosquitos! - Window has no screen. The room has no air conditioning.
Other than that, everything else seems fine.
I will not go to the same...
"Receptionist very helpful.
There is a supermarket opposite.
The car park is not secure.
The environment opposite is very rundown.
The hotel felt safe and was very quiet clean and and easy access for the Ferry"
"The room I booked is not for accessible type but I got this. It doesn’t have on the description. Feel like staying in the hospital. Breakfast is not good and won’t plan for any future trips"
"Property was much more run down than in the photographs. My shower was broken, so I had to use it as a hand held sprayer, which was tricky as the shower stall is very tiny and narrow. The hair dryer didn’t work, etc. Breakfast is just pastries and bread with yoghurt or boiled eggs. There was a small basket with the same 5 tired looking oranges every morning.
The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very good. The price a bit high for the quality of the hotel."
"The hotel is in a residential area of Dinard. We were given a "gite type " room not in the main hotel but it was clean and bed was comfortable with a small bathroom area with shower. There is also a skylight over the bed which allows light to come through. It is a few steps away from the main office of the small lobby. There is no parking at the hotel only street parking but very easy to find a short walk away. Restaurants require a short walk 15 -20 minutes to access. Breakfast is at a...
"Très bon accueil, cadre reposant, très belle vue sur le lac, depuis les chambres ou le restaurant, où d'ailleurs on y mange très bien pour un prix raisonnable. Tout comme le petit déjeuner, copieux. Centre ville et château accessible à pied."
"The garden was beautiful. We really appreciated the tea and coffee machine which was available all day. The owner was very friendly and accommodating"
"The room is not big but very lovely, I like that light bub on the table! And the reception are very kind and helpful. The hotel is not that close to the historic area, but very close to the train station."
"This was a sweet place to spend the night! Delightfully cozy and clean. The hotel also includes a tea salon as well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. My wife and i would stsy here again!"
"Elevator and shower a bit small but we managed. Staff were amazing. Location is perfect. We managed to get street parking close by. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend"
