"This is my second and last time I’m staying here!!! When I visit they always place me to the back of the hotel, there no friendly I think there a bit racist !!! I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!! "Rooms were really clean"

"Parking easy, be didn't feel safe. People hang out in the parking lot."

"I stayed two different times. Convenient location, very clean rooms and bathrooms, very nice and helpful staff."

"Breakfast was fresh, staff allowed my son and I to eat breakfast 30 minutes before it opened because my son needed to eat for 8am RIPKEN Tournament. Close to Ripken 6 min drive. Overall good place for half of what you pay at hotel on Ripken property"

"I wish that I had gotten her name but the lady at the front desk was so helpful. I asked about a local map as there was not one in the carousel of brochures, she took the time to go on line and make one for us with the local attractions ! It would be nice if the hotel put some outdoor seating. we used the area near the shops as they were all closed but not sure if the businesses would appreciate (we did make sure to clean up )"
