"Das Zimmer war sauber und für uns für eine Nacht an sich zu gro ß. Ein kleineres gab’s leider nicht.
Im Zimmer stehen 4 Betten. Mit Gepäck für alle wird’s dennoch eng.
Das Frühstück ist ok.
Für uns war die Lage entscheidend.

"The owners were very nice and friendly. The coffee machine and yogurt for breakfast were much appreciated as was having the refrigerator in the kitchen to store food. Great base for the area around Hofn."
"I loved this property. We stayed in September so puffins had left by the time we got there.
It is a bit remote but the staff were all great and the food was delicious. Thus place just has really awesome vibes. Would highly recommend."

"The room I was given smelled so bad like paint or chemicals, I couldn't stay in there for 5 minutes without getting nauseous. They did give me a different room, which fixed that issue. However, the whole hostel side of the building is stuffy and rundown.
The bathroom shower kept spurting, and fluctuating temperature. It was also so dirty I had to make sure I didn't touch anything while in there. There are stains on the walls and ceilings.
The heaters in the bedroom didn't turn on and the room...

"The building we were in felt a little austere, and the walls were quite thin, but the room was clean and the breakfast was really good and I liked the location. The staff was nice and parking was free and easy."

"Our room was basically brand new. It was incredibly clean and modern. Parking was very simple in front of our room. It's a great property with same games outside and sheep to watch. We had a very nice bathroom and full kitchen as well. It was self-check in so you can arrive anytime you want. There really wasn't any restaurants or anything near by, which we knew in advance, so we just brought some grocery store sandwiches."
