"The rooms were basic but clean & beds were comfy! Bathroom was recently refurbed & shower was great. Hotel was in a good location for us. If you wanted somewhere quiet this would not be the place for you! It was very noisy at night from the night club next door & the bars at the front! It didn’t bother us! The staff weren’t overly helpful which was a shame! They smiled which was good! We had a couple of queries & there was no positive suggestions or advice from them!"

"Vibrant vibe, close to everything, but the dirtiest place we stayed in 2 weeks by far. Mold, grimy floors, broken toilet seat, gunk in all the edges and stuff coated on the curtains from a spill. The USB ports on the bed did not work. Staff was fine, we didn't interact much. I didn't like that they took all of our ID's into the back room to inspect. I felt that should have been done at the front desk. Set up of the building was fine and we felt safe, but the place was gross. I was happy the beds...

"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...
