İlk gidişimizde memnun kaldık ama bu sefer otel boş olduğu için personelin büy ük kısmını izne çıkardıklarını söylediler, genel olarak memnun kalmadık ve 1 gece erken ayrılmak durumunda kaldık. "
"Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience."
"The outdoor pool and the service were great. The A/C was only in the living area and not in the bedroom, so it was hard to sleep. Also, the A/C was a split unit with the outside portion on the balcony, so there was hot air blowing on us when we tried to sit on the balcony. The breakfast was average and not what I would expect from an 4-star hotel. Since the espresso bar was down, there was only coffee from a machine. We didn’t like the coffee so we went off property to get our morning...

"The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...
"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "
"The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful.
However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible."
