"Nice hotel and very good location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy parking, either in the hotel car park, or immediately outside on the street.
The room was compact, but had a nice balcony to sit out. No aircon, so had to leave the window open a bit so aware of some street noise.

"We used the hotel as a stopping base for days in Bruges and Lille. Staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking was on the streets and as my wife has mobility problems they reserved a space outside the doors..also able to use a secured garage. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and easily accessible. Absolutely no complaints with restaurant and bar. If we do something similar wouldn't hesitate in booking again"
"Tout était correct mais la chambre assez petit, pas de placard à vêtements et la douche refluait des crasses dès la seconde utilisation de la soirée.

"Es war ein sehr hübsches, altes Hotel! Einige Gebrauchsspuren ( lose Steckdose )! Die Räumlichkeiten waren für 3 Personen sehr klein, aber es reichte zum übernachten und duschen! Klimaanlage war da, und auch leise! Personal hat man leider, erst später angetroffen! Im Nachhinein haben wir festgestellt, das wir finanziell etwas übern Tisch gezogen wurden! Aber wir hätten auch reagieren können! Die Lage war top man war direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt!"
"ontbijt uitstekend, ligging zeer goed, onze kamer was familiekamer 3 de verdiep was proper elke das bedden opgemaakt enz.( sommige meubeltjes waren wel aan vervanging toe).
Personeel zeer behulpzaam.

"Very nice quaint place to stay for a few days in Bruges! This hotel is older but well maintained and cute, and the staff was very helpful. The room had everything we needed for a few nights. Though we didn’t have breakfast, it smelled great! Be aware there is no elevator so you will have to carry baggage up the spiral staircase (we knew this)."
