"The Guesthouse check-in was frustrating to say the least. We didnt recieve our digital roomkey until 7:42pm nearly 5 hours after check in time. By then we had to find another property where we could pick up room card keys. It was very stressful as there is no where to store luggage before check in. Three days after checking out and the Guesthouse is still trying to get us to pay for a digital card that we never even used once. Im incredibly disappointed. "

This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email).
