"Air conditioning took a long time to do much , roads in and out and around the park are incredibly bad , but the cabin was very clean and very comfortable , apart from other park patrons starring at me everytime I came outside for a smaled it's was a pleasant stay, but of course being where it's located I was constantly concerned about randoms coming in and out of the park looking for things to case out or steal but that's Mandurah for ya , could do with some gates or boom gates on the entry...
