"I’ve never experienced such a clean room, or friendly staff."

"The purchased the most expensive room for the night I was staying in town. I arrived after 14 hours of driving across the country. I arrived to check in and asked if the pool was opened as I purchased this hotel because of location and having a pool. They stated they did not have the pool open and it’s in their website. As I purchased through Expedia, Expedia did not inform me of this information and the front desk said I can cancel without penalty but I needed to contact my 3rd party booking....

"The room was not clean the bed looked like something they dug out of a dumpster and had blood all over it the pillows had black mold on them rats wouldn't even stay there. I did not stay there. I turned the key back in and left. The place needs condemned."

"Property was undergoing remodel, so good to see some updates were being made. It was about what you can expect for the price we paid."
